Helping Providers Build Safe, Well-Led and Outstanding Services
Adult social care has been more than a career for me—it has been my passion for over 17 years.
I began my career working directly with people who required care and support, gaining first-hand experience of what high-quality, person-centred care truly looks like.
Those early years shaped my belief that every individual deserves compassionate support delivered by confident, well-led teams.
As my career progressed, I moved into leadership roles, supporting services through periods of growth, change and improvement. Over the past six years, I have worked as a CQC Registered Manager, leading services across learning disability, autism, supported living and domiciliary care.
During this time, I have developed governance systems, improved quality standards, supported managers, strengthened compliance and prepared services for CQC assessment. I understand both the operational pressures and the regulatory expectations providers face because I have experienced them myself.
Today, I combine that practical experience with an independent perspective, working alongside providers to help them improve quality, strengthen governance and build services that deliver safe, effective and person-centred care.
I believe consultancy should never be about criticism or simply identifying problems. My role is to provide honest, practical support that helps organisations move forward with confidence, leaving them with sustainable improvements rather than lengthy reports that sit on a shelf.
Whether supporting an established provider or helping develop a new service, my aim is always the same—to make a positive difference for both providers and the people they support.
